What We Offer:
We offer a Day Service provision for adults with additional needs/learning disabilities looking for regular long-term opportunities, and short-term work placements for individuals who wish to gain more work experience and build their confidence.
We offer a professional, nurturing and person centred working environment with conservation projects, farming, horticultural and grounds maintenance activities and nature walks.
Flourish actively seeks to:

– Bring together people of diverse abilities with a common interest, our environment.
– Help people access the outdoors, with all its benefits for mental and physical health.
– Give those with learning disabilities the opportunity to actively be part of their local community and to contribute to the local economy.
– Actively work against social isolation through partnership with existing organisations with projects in the New Forest.
– Providing education and a hands on connection to the New Forest, its wildlife and history.
